What is the best P2P software for fast downloads without using up a great deal of the CPU?

I'm currently using limewire, but it seems to slow down my computer when I run it with iTunes. I also tried bearshare, but that too had the same problem. I would preferably like software that automatically adds songs to my iTunes library, but it is not essential

try using Torrent. they're all over the web. you can use Azureus or BitTorrent. with this, you can download full albums, movies, etc.
