I'm taking the pregnacare vitamins. they are designed for pre-conception, pregnancy and breast feeding. They contain folic acid as well as many other vitamins so they are meant to be really good for fertility!

Vitamins won't actually boost fertility. If you're having problems conceiving, have your OB/GYN refer you to a fertility specialist.

Try Royal Jelly capsules, as recommended by Gillian McKeith, author of 'You are what You Eat'
Your first step, if you're having trouble, should be to see a medical professional. They are often able to help.
When I still hadn't conceived after two years of trying, I, and my husband, took these capsules and milk thistle as well and I was pregnant in a month and a half.
It might just be coincidence but it's worth a try

I dont know about vitamins but raw carrots will increase the clear discharge that allows the sperm to move more freely. Also a spponful of robitussin (plain) will help.

Selenium is super important to good fertility and the best source of dietary selenium is Brazil nuts. You should feed them to the potential father. British soil has very depleted selenium stores (usually vegetables will contain selenium) which is why men may have lower selenium levels in their bodies. Good luck.
