Yes they will until USA invades Pakistan through India then they will be not.
USA Look after its only benefits.
Look for Iraq before its war with Iran, USA was the supporter No. 1 for Iraq in front of Iran and nowadays the whole situation had been changed.

I see no reason why this can't happen. as long as Indians and Americans continue to trust each other this relationship will last for a long time. India's record has been impeccable in maintaining coordial relations with its partners. but most importantly before entering into such a tie both sides must evaluate each other needs.
