All I can remember is that it is an older one. Its about a group of women (Italian or German) who are thrown out of town after first getting their heads shaved. Their crime was being affiliated with American soldiers.

The only movie I can think of that has women with shaved heads, American soldiers and their "crimes" is
Band of Brothers.
It's a series, not one whole movie. Based in WWII.

Yes, I know that movie too. Saw it a few years ago. I can confirm it is an Italian movie, maybe of the '50s or '60s - but I can't remember the title!! Or the actors who were in it! Sorry, best I can do.
