I know a lot of people who have died their hair and they've never had problems going through passport control. They check your face in passport control, not your hairstyle, so I doubt it will be a problem.

likely.. you don't want to get stuck. But I'm sure people do it anyway. You just might have to go through a more thorough screening. Then again, people change the way they look all the time and keep the same passport.
I know that Walgreens takes passport photos.. perhaps try and get one taken there?
Wow that's a toughie. Gluck with that one... I don't envy that, eep =/

Interesting thought but, only if you carry the die with you on the plane. You can die your hair all you want but, you cannot carry the die with you as a carry on. If you are bringing die you must put it with your check in luggage.If your hair smells of chemicals the authorities will be concerned so, be sure to wash it out good.

Sorry, you meant your picture duh! Well in that case, If you have all your papers in order then like the person above explained it might take extra time to check you out.
