I say you go with the bookmark...
... i got a little poem thing in a babyshower... it was sooo cute.. it said something like :
"thank you for bringing me so many presents, im glad my mommy is happy because you all came , im sorry i cant be there with u but god is still making my little toes and i hope you come to visit me when im born"
it was something like that,..
im cheap... if your playing games and ur are asking for those kind of gifts, i say u go to the dollar store and buy stuff there.. i mean... they have good stuff sometimes, depends what store u go to...
good luck!

These delicious Apples, by Mrs Prindable's are wonderful desserts for weddings, showers or anniversaries. Ideal as gifts, place setting treats or sweet table indulgences. I don't know anyone that would not want one of these apples.
http://www.mrsprindables.com/
Here is an example of the "Classic 4-Pack, Apple Gift".
Enjoy the fresh textures and flavors of 4 individually wrapped, individual size Granny Smiths. Two have triple chocolate drizzled over our rich caramel. Two are hand-dipped in caramel and walnuts and glazed with milk chocolate.
Approximately 1.5 to 2 Pounds, and Cost $29.95...
This averages out to be $7.50 per apple = per guest. Also,
since these are individually wrapped, they are all ready to be
put on your table.

my friend and I made little bookmarks for the guests that had a baby on them then a swet little poem with the babys name an due date. first print it out, laminate, punch holes and tie on a string, put beads at the end.relatively cheap-homemade and a nice keepsake.

may be you can get something cute (and inexpensive) that is kind of related to the theme of your baby shower. if nothing works, the classic soap or candles, or something fuzzy would work. other than that, try making something homemade if you have the time.

When they show up have them get a raffle ticket (with numbers on it) and buy a bunch of goodies as prizes. And put a big smile on for Gods sake.
