how can i concentrate on my work.?

Log off of Yahoo answer and turn on the desk lamp! Most people say turn off all noises etc..(tv, radio) but personally I have always left one on, it helps to keep me focused because I don't hear all the ambient noise around me and ignore whats on the radio or tv.

Mostly, there is no known way. And thats one of the reasons why a working life takes so darn long to wrap up! You could try doing a half hour of yoga in the morn. Or go thru a fixed routine just before logging into work.
You could also do what I do - know that the price of not doing work well, is to be in the same place, come next year. That does the trick 4 me ;-)

You can concentrate if you identify the work with natural events
and do not feel it as a task or burden. Break the work into small
elements and succeed in accomplishing one piece at a time. The feel of success will propel you to achieve the rest.

morning breathing exercises are the best way of improving ur concentration.
& moreover if u r indulged in any work then do it as it is the only work available to u in this world & if u don't get that right then it will be difficult for u to find any other job.
