what do I do? I don't want to offend her by saying the wrong thing, but she needs to be more careful about this!

You are correct, she really does need to be more careful about it. Perhaps she is oblivious or she really doesn't mind. However, it is important that both individuals in a relationship remain open and honest to each other. Additionally, it is just as important to be considerate to the other person and respect their viewpoint.

You should get into a serious discussion with her. Without getting angry or impatient, let her know that you want to seriously talk about the issue. Let her know how you feel about it; if she truly cares about you, then she should respect your qualms. Assure her that she doesn't have to stop being flirtacious all the time. All should be well as long as you remain calm and stay truthful.

If she thinks she is your "girlfriend" she wants everyone to know she has a boyfriend. No female wants to be someone's "secret". If you do not want the rest of your family and the whole world (for that matter) to know she is your girlfriend, you need to break off this relationship and find someone who is completely unrelated to you by blood or by marriage. Find a girl you will not have to be careful to HIDE from family. Relationships are supposed to be socially comfortable.

Tell her to be more careful, in a manner not offending her. It could be achieved publicly or in private as you feel right in terms of your relation and circumstances.

If "audio" feedback doesnt work. Try Visual feedback. Make a video of her and play it back for her to see. Maybe she would get the point if someone hold a "mirror" for her to see.

try and talk to her.. tell her what you feel and what her actions will influence how others might think of her. It may not be important at all how people thinks about her, but she should be mindful there are others that minded =\... so she should be more careful in conducting herself in future...

Make it simple. In private let her know how you feel. Emphasize that you are not trying to hurt her in any way, but because you love her you hope she take this sincerely and positive.
