Hi Oliver! It really depends upon the whole reading. Since I do not know what that reading consisted of, I will just have to rely on my own intuition and give you what I feel represents to me and maybe it will represent the same for you. :P

I feel as though (especially as the outcome card) it indicates a lesson learned through a change in perspective due to a broadening of ones spirituality. It is the person who once viewed the glass as half empty and now sees that it is half full....or
someone walking around with super dark sunglasses on and complains that he cannot see. He removes his glasses and realizes that there was no need for him to wear them to begin with but wore them out of habit or patterns he couldn't break out of.

Good day! :D

Ahh, the aroma of leather on willow is wafting through the air.

There are many different opinions on how each card is interpreted - if you are doing a reading for yourself, the interpretation you hold for this card is the answer to the reason why you read your cards in the first place.

My interpretation is that The Fool represents the first stage of a new life. It is a time when we have not yet required the knowledge needed to survive/complete the situation.

If you asked a particular question when you started your reading and this card was your final conclusion then the cards are trying to tell you - basically as the saying goes - "fools rush in where angels fear to tread"

The cards are trying to point out and make you aware of:

There is a particular situation in your life in which you don't know all the facts just yet.

You are going through a period of reckless or child like behaviour - this could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your situation and what you asked.

It also could mean that now is a good time to develop new skills in order to have the correct knowledge to take that risk!

O - The Fool
The Fool card symbolizes a misled, foolish or mistaken person. The meanings behind this card are foolishness, mistakes, thought and unknown. Many people read this card as negative, however this card can simply be a warning to look closely at the task at hand and consider all possibilities before making any rash choices. The Fool can also symbolize someone who has said too much (i.e. gossip, rumors, etc.) or someone who hides their emotions behind a veil of comedy.
O - The Fool Reversed
The Fool Card symbolizes a misled, foolish or mistaken person. However, since this card is reversed, the meaning symbolizes knowledge and wisdom. The meanings behind the reversed Fool are knowledge, wisdom and power. This is a positive card, simply meaning that you are on the right path (or you are now on the right path) and you have a positive outlook in this area of your life, or the question at hand looks positive (depending on the surrounding cards).

Meaning of The Fool in the Outcome position:
Give up your agenda and be open to change.
The Fool in this position advises that you lighten up. No advantage will be gained by thinking you are the one who knows, has the power or can direct the flow. Let there be spontaneous developments beyond the realm of logic. Open and receive without question; dońt tinker and tamper and try to manage things. The Fool has no ambition to determine an outcome. Be happy just to be part of the situation. If you like, witness and record what you see and figure it out later. For now, just be in the present and release any demands or expectations.

Card Number: 0
Key Number: 11
Rulership: Air
Hebrew Letter: Aleph
Translation: Ox
Numerical Value: 3

Upright - Beginnings, most probably of journeys which may be possibly mental, physical or spiritual. The beginning of a new life-cycle. Energy, force, happiness and optimism. The overturning of the status quo or existing states by unexpected happenings. Innocence, naivety, and spontaneity. Important decisions to be made.

Dignified or Reversed - advised risks, impulsive action, choices and rash decisions. Foolishness, gambling, instability and the wasting or frittering way of creative energy. A bad time for commitments and can be an indication of someone who starts many new things but never finishes them. They may also consistently seek changes in their environment or job.

The Fool in a negative, Divinatory meaning can represent frenzy or intoxication... On a more positive note (which is what i think you're after), it can represent eccentric or unconventional people entering your life. Take risks, like the fool, because a rash attitude can have very positive results...
Reversed meaning usually warns of folly and madness, be careful and aware of consequences...

It depends what the configuration is. A configuration has a specific interpretation (ex. the left hand one is the future and the right is the past ETC) Get a pack and do it yourself. Its all just interpretation and what the meaning is to YOU anyways.
