Well how long has he been single for after he dumped his gf? if like more than 3 weeks he should of made a move by now, but sometimes it is just hard to ask the girl you like out.
Well i would suggest telling him yourself you like him but sometimes that can be just as hard. You culd write him a letter. you could tell him over myspace, aim, yahoo, msn, email, txt message. You can call him and tell him.
