Anyone with half a brain can see that is where Bush is taking us. He is a war monger, but when it was his turn to go to war, he was in hiding.

The American government was formed by the people, for the people.
Elected leaders by the people are supposed to represent the people.
When recent elections became so close as to go either way, then it's similar to tossing dice as to what the outcome would be.
The dice were tossed, and we have perpetual conflicts that they brand as "war", although no official declaration was ever made.
Since it is a government by the people, then the people are to blame for the actions of late.
It is up to the people to correct the wrong direction taken.
The results of the Conneticut election suggest there is a movement to subdue hostilities brewing.
Yet, it appears division among parties over use of military and weapons is going to be subject of political debates.
Both parties seem to favor continuation of bloodshed.
We have been told that we are already into WW3.
I have been told many years ago that WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones.
Scary.

I don't think you could blame any one country. Any country that fights in it is at least partly to blame. Although I do agree that the more recent actions of the US government certainly aren't winning us any friends.
And even if you dislike the the current US government, I hope you don't feel a dislike or hatred for the people here.

He has said in a live interview that he wanted to be remembered as a war president. A few years later he backpedalled on this statement and said he never said it....even though its on film.
I agree 100% that the current administration is MOSTLY to blame for the problems in the world right now. The rate at with anti-American terrorists are born has exploded in the past 6 years. I agree there are people out there who genuinly want to hurt us. But not because they hate our freedom, come on gimmie a break.
Alot of these Bushites on here will defend their president until the bitter end. They will do this by petty name calling and slanted views on the world stage and foreign policy. Their reaction to this statement shows the true hate for others that resides in their hearts.

I don't think that they can be blamed completely by himself, but WW3 will happen, it's just not here yet. I think that AMERICA in general will end up tkaing the most blame, just the culture screams for it to fight and mark its terrority whenever it can. It's like a bully that needs to prove itself.

i completely agree. when, for the people and by the people, went out the window. we don't really get to put anyone in office we get to chose from what they want. we didn't get a chance to vote for or against the war we are in now.
