well iv been reading the answers, now can u get a conclusion out of this?
its all messed up, half of them say that it is "at" and the other half say its "at the rate of".....

well whatever u think the right way of telling it is "at the rate of"
many find it long so they just say "at". but many dont realize that its short for "at the rate of"...

now its upto u whom to trust from your answers!!
