Get a jack to lift the car up, place it under the frame near the tire you would like to remove.
Before doing anything, I like to loosen the lug nuts first before jacking up the car.
Do not remove the lug nuts, just loosen them.
Using the jack, lift the car up just enough to clear the ground, then fully remove the lug-nuts.
Remove the old tire, by lifting it slightly up and straight off the car.
Place the spare or replacement tire on the lugs making sure it sits correctly on the car. With your fingers twist the lug nuts onto the vehicle, but do not make them tight.
Once all the lug nuts are on, slightly tighten down one lug nut, then go the lug nut directly across from it and tighten it down. Do this for all the lug nuts using a cris-cross pattern.
Once finished, double check that all lug nuts are tightly secure on the car, then once satisfied, release the jack to lower the car back to the pavement.
Congrats, you just changed a tire! =)

First of all, make sure you have a good spare and the tools to change it with. Make sure the car is in park.
Find your jack. If it's dark, hope you have a flashlight.
Now then, go kick the tire to make sure it's flat (for guys).
Depending on what type of vehicle your driving, jacks are different, i.e scissor jacks, high lift jacks,
Before you jack your vehicle up, loosen the lug nuts. This is by far the hardest part. If you don't have a 4 way, invest in one.
Place your jack in a place which has the most stability such as the frame of the car, but make sure it's lifting up the tire that's flat. If your jack doesn't go that high you can put a block under the bottom of your jack so it increases the lift. You can chuck the other wheels if you feel that the car is rolling. You might need to place your jack in a different position. Now start jacking and raising the car until the tire is free from the ground by 5-8 inches (?) So there's enough room to put the spare on.
Take the lug nuts off, take the flat off, put the spare on, tighten the lug nuts with the 4 way. Throw the flat in the trunk, good to go.

First, loosen the lug nuts. Then, place the jack on the chassis of the car, usually right behind the front wheels or in front of the rear wheels. Put on the spare, lower the jack. Tighten up the lug nuts, throw the flat tire in the trunk and head to the nearest tire shop for immediate repair.

Loosen the lug nuts with a tire iron. Jack up the car, then finish taking off the nuts. Remove the tire, put on the new tire. Replace the lug nuts. Let down the car from the jack, tighten lug nuts.
