if u mean cheap and value for money
try the Dell Inspirion 1300
http://dellstore02.sg.dell.com/public/cart/configurator.jsp?prd_id=39090&sr_no=1
System Total (Price inclusive of delivery but exclusive of tax) : Rs 37,571.00
a pentium m 735 processor, 1.70 ghz, 2 mb l2 cache
256 mb ram, win xp-home, 40 gb hdd, dvd/cd-writer & wi-fi
...good for basic & office work
> consider adding 256 mb ram .. helps a lot
also, go 4 it only if u stay in a city
not sure of dell's rural reach
think celeron m is out 4 now, cannot find any manufacturer ...
good, it's cheap but totally useless ..
