No, litter is garbage (trash). A liter is a measure of fluids.

One liter of water weighs one kilogram.

Item one! It's Litre. Item two: It's Many. Item three: there are 1000 square grams in a liter of WATER. don't know if you meant water specifically. so 1 square kilogram.

Not square kilogram... that would be difficult.

i litre=1000cubic centimetre
and 1 cc. of water weighs 1 gram density of water= 1g/cc)
so 1000 cc of water will weigh 1000 kgs.=>1 kg.
mind you this will not be true for other liquids as their density
will not be equal to 1 g/cc.

1000g=1000ml
