A loan?? What on earth makes people think someone is going to lend them money if they have no job and therefore no ability to repay the loan? You want a loan? Go down to the docks and speak to Tony. I'm sure he'd be glad to help out. If you are that desperate for money, get a job pumping gas or flipping burgers until you find something else. Or maybe sell that computer that are you typing on.

May I ask how you intend to pay back this loan? You have no job, and you imply you have no assets. Is it your intention to not pay it back?
This is what I would see if you asked me to lend you some money.
Remember, lenders are in the business to make money. They are not charity workers.
If you have the ability to pay it back somehow, then make sure the lender knows that. If it's reasonable and verifiable, then you can probably get a loan. Otherwise, you'll pretty much have to borrow from friends or family. And if you do, it's a bad scene all around when you stiff them.

Basically you don't, the lenders would like to know how you plan to repay the loan and without a job, how would you? The only way I know of is if you are holding collateral such as investments in stocks etc. they could call and most of them want it in their bank vault then.
