Short answer: no.
Long answer: Why are you worried about this? Masturbation is a natural exploration of your sexuality. For many women, masturbation provides the first experience of orgasm because coitus may not provide sufficient stimulation to bring it on.
In addition, female masturbation focuses on the clitoris, that blessed knob of flesh dedicated solely to pleasure. Twiddling your bit isn't something that your ob/gyn can tell you're doing.
There's nothing to be ashamed of. You won't grow hairy palms or go blind or make yourself less worthwhile a lover.
On top of that, even if s/he could tell, they would be ethically and legally obligated not to tell anyone!

Im not really sure. I think if you do before an appointment then the doc might be able to tell because the walls in your vagina get tighter after you masturbate. ??? Im assuming anyways..

Not if you have been doing clitoral only. If you have been inserting dildoes into the vagina it could mean sex or masturbation.
