Besides being a magazine, it is a very subjective concept. To me, fine gardening is trimming the edges after I've finished mowing the lawn.

I don't know about a magazine.. I think fine gardening is what happens when nothing dies, everything blooms or porduces fruit or veegies in abundance. That ie fine, fine gardening.
