Your Q. is not complete one.
If you can't use internet due to Router address, pleaSe contact your provider for Gateway address that suppossed to be your Routers address.

If you are able to use internet, please apply below command in your command prompt : -

ipconfig /all

You'll get your IP, Subnet & Gateway address.
This Gateway address is your Routers address.

If you want to know your Proxy Routers address, easy process is to visit http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/

The two most common default IP addresses for consumer-based routers are 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1.

However, I would review the product documenation first, for a complete list of settings and directions for logging in. Get your make and model number, then visit the manufacturer's website. Linksys, for example, has all the documentation out on its site as do most products.

you have an internal and external address. Go to Start>Run, then type command. In the prompt type ipconfig. Your router address is the default gateway. Open up your web browser and go to ipchicken.com. This will tell you your router's external address.

right click on My Network Places, then select properties, double click on your lan connection (when its active), then go to support tab, you can see Default Gateway which is the IP address for your Router, then copy this IP into internet explorer, and open your router menu

It's always explained in the product documentation...
Try 192.168.1.254, it's often the good one.
