How about drinking grapefruit juice oreat grapefruit? It do help you to slim down.
Tuna & bread, papaya or watermelon do help you to slim down.

take a multivitamin before u exersize its not a pill theres nutrients in it that can help u out wit ur workout but remember to eat healthy after ur done workin out and drink water
