If they're legally separated, then, it can't be considered as cheating. It's wiser to abstain from it, right? Having sex outside marriage, is not something that I condone. Of course, everyone is entitled to have their own opinions or thoughts on this! It may be cool to some but better be careful!

If they are legally separted then no but if they were still married yes . Well unless they just didnt have the money to get a divorce so they both decided in their own minds they were divorved.

No. A legal separation is equivalent to a divorce except you still have benefits that a divorced person does not have.

That's why I wouldn't sign those papers.
Fortunately, after her cheating self finished with her divorce plan and quickly "remarried," I found someone far younger, smarter and with much better physical attributes.
