no, it would make her feel special. but you might wanna talk to her before you ask. introduce yourself at least. maybe have a conversation

Weird? Well...to be frank, that question depends solely on the individual. Sometimes when a lady shows interested in you, but is still modest in your presence, it might a better idea for you pursue her first. Or if you are interested in her,but you haven't gotten the opportunity to get to know her, then you must find out a way to get to talk to her. Sit back and observe. See what type of things catch her interest. Once you do, Perfect! Now you have a conversation starter, it might not be the most interesting topic ever, but it's a start.Then if the conversation picks up try introducing yourself, but remember always to take it slow so try not to expect too much out of your encounter/conversation i.e. like an instant date.(*Remember when trying to get the lady you want you have to put effort a lot of work and time!)
By the next time you encounter her she will most definitely recognize you and you have made a lasting impression. If she doesn't remember you try introducing yourself again. (*But don't be a fool, if she doesn't seem interested at all them it's better to just step back and let her be.) Once you have establish familiarity with her wouldn't be so awkward to finally let her know you intentions. Before you ask her out find see what she thinks of you. Speaking from personal experience, it might seem a bit rude to ask her out if she doesn't think so highly of you, but hopefully it all works in your favor. If you are satisfied with her idea of you then let you intentions be known immediately. Try not to be so frantic when pursuing her. If you are nervous then try practicing a speech until you feel comfortable. Above all let her know that you are definitely interested in getting to know her better. Invite her out to a descent place at a descent time and let her know you will be on your best behavior since you wouldn't want to disrespect her or make her feel uncomfortable don't put her in a compromising situation. And the rest is up to you!!

nope! Good thing to do! Shows courage, bravery in some cities...yikes...shows confidence and it's cute, especialy if the girl is already interested just because the guy is trying so hard to be nice and not offend her and so nervous of rejection..getting rejected is realy embarressing but NO, it's not weird, Go fo it!

No, I always thought that was how it is supposed to work. If you like a person, you go up and ask if they want to go out sometime. If you want to be super daring or think that she likes you, just go up and kiss her, not a long tongue kiss, just a peck. She'll be swept off her feet by your spontaneity and unique approach.

Not At All.Girls usually like the guy to come to
them first.If you have the confidence to just walk up to whoever you like and ask I bet you
will have lots of girlfriends.It always pays to have confidence in yourself.Just don't over do
it.

start a conversation if u can then/if u cant make a conversation qwk enough, introduce ur self and ask if she'd like to go out for coffee or whatever

It might be a little weird but you might get somewhere. As long as she is legal for you, the worst that will happen is she laughs at you.
