Read the book of mormon, the prophecy in the bible about the one true church has been restored and that church is the church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints. Jesus Christ is your lord and savior and Joesph Smith is a true prophet of god just like Noah, and Moses.

That there is really no reason to ever be rude (or mean) to other people and to just relax. Don't take life or yourself too seriously. Life is short and being cranky all the time just makes it seem that much shorter. Help those you can and accept help when you need it. Don't try to force your opinions/beliefs on other people. Especially religion!! Be considerate of other people's feelings but don't let them walk all over you. Stand up for yourself but without standing on someone else. If you really find yourself not liking someone don't try to force yourself to like that person, just go your own way and be done with it. When you lose someone you love, grieve in any way that you need to. Cry and scream or joke around, it doesn't matter. Don't let people tell you how to feel and act when you are in pain. Be happy with yourself. Don't stress about not being a size 2. As long as you are healthy, happy, and confident, you are beautiful. Don't bring other people down just because you are having a bad day. Mainly though, JUST ENJOY IT!!!!
