Split as soon as possible.
A shakeup like that can be a good thing, but the fact that top management is leaving makes me think that something is seriously wrong. The fact that they are at the top of the ladder means that they are usually privy to upcoming changes, and they clearly don't like what is coming down the pike.
I have seen this happen before, more than once, to several good friends. In only one case did it work out well when the person stuck around--he ended up being promoted to a better position. Everyone else ended up in bad positions and scrambling to find other jobs.
Leave now before things get intolerable.

It sounds like this company is closing shop. Look for a new job fast.
If you have company stock sell it on Monday. If you have a 401K, transfer the money to a self-directed fund or put it in a retirement IRA.
