Assuming you are trying to find a password for your OWN cellphone, you should contact your service provider. They all have toll free numbers.

You can't, unless the person who has the cellphone tells you their password. If you're wanting to hear their messages without them knowing, I wouldn't recommend it. You'll lose their trust.
