Yes - bisexuality does exist. Sexual impulses and attractions are not the same with everyone. Heterosexuality and homosexuality are only the two extremes. In the middle of these two 'extremes' are bisexuals. There are bisexuals that identify as primarily straight, but also have some sexual attraction to their same sex. There are also those that are bisexual, who may have a stronger preference for there own gender, but are attracted to the 'opposite' sex to some degree and do not rule out sexual activity with them.

Some in the gay and lesbian communities accuse those who self-identify as bisexual of duplicity, believing they are really homosexuals who engage in heterosexual activity merely to remain socially acceptable. They may be accused of "not doing their part" in gaining acceptance of "true" homosexuality. Some gay and lesbian people may also suspect that a self-described bisexual is merely a homosexual in the initial stage of questioning their presumed heterosexuality, and will eventually accept that they are lesbian or gay; this is expressed by a glib saying in gay culture: "Bi now, gay later."

These situations can and do take place, but do not appear to be true of the majority of self-described bisexuals. Nonetheless, bisexuals do sometimes experience lesser acceptance from gay and lesbian people, because of their declared orientation. Bisexual experimentation is also common in adolescents of every sexual orientation.

That is a very good question... and I'm not sure how to answer it. But...
I do think that some gay people can use bi-sexuality as an excuse. But I do know that they're are people out there who enjoy sex with both sexes. In some peoples minds, they believe that their are benefits to being with the same sex because they know the anatomy and no guess work from the opposite sex has to be done.
Does this make sense?

I believe bi-sexuals will say yes. I can say that I believe some degree of bi-sexuality is probably more common that totally straight or totally gay. Mid-point, total bi-sexual is probably no more common than totally straight or totally gay, and everything between all straight, thoroughly bi, and all gay probably makes up the majority.

Way too many straight people have met at least one person of the same sex that did spark a bit of interest and way too many gays/lesbians gave straight life a shot in the beginning. Socialization plays a big role in the way people perceive themselves and in what they are willing to share with others. Anyway, you asked, so that's my answer. I'm sticking to it!

It exists. People who are bisexual tend to know about their orientation a little later than gays and lesbians, but they do realize it in pre-adolescence or adolescence. Most accept it by their mid-twenties. Sometimes a gay man or lesbian will refer to themselves as bi at first though, sort of easing themselves into the gay/lesbian self-identity. However, these guys and gals are not true bisexuals. Sexual orientation in humans runs along a range from those who are totally homosexual to those who are totally straight. There's a lot of "in between" there for both males and females. I tend to think though that most men are, at some level, bisexual. That doesn't mean they always act on it though.

It does exist, but you have these stupid kids who want to be cool, so they pretend they're bi, because that's trendy. And then you have gays and lesbians who don't want to come out of the closet just yet, so in order to really figure out their sexuality, they become bisexual and eventually transition to being gay (that's what my brother's best friend did). Then you have people like me, the actual bixsexual. I love both men and women, though I have a higher preference with women. I can see myself spending the rest of my life with either gender and be happy.

I'll give you a mixed answer here.

First off, YES bisexuality really exists. The same medical science which affirms homosexuality as a natural condition affirms bisexuality.

But you are right. There are homosexual people who are in some form of denial either conscious or unconscious who claim to be bisexual.

Again, this is why labels are useless. We are who we are and putting a category and name to every person, every form of human existence is futile.

If I were gay, I would gladly admit it. It would make my life a hell of a lot easier because I wouldn't have to deal with bullshit about how studs aren't supposed to be bisexual, or people with the stereotype that bisexuals can't be monogamous and like to sleep around. I'm bisexual, not lesbian.

yes it exists.

bisexual people don't look at you by gender, but whether by who you are. They find both the male and female body attractive, and they don't really care who they are with.. the sex is great for both genders.

bisexuals are just nice ppl who date people from what's inside, or will date ppl reguardless if they have a penis or vagina. :) lol
