Absolutely. I think he is up there with Chris Cornell of Audioslave and Soundgarden or Jack White of White Stripes. Whether it be the hard-edged voice on cuts such as "Cherub Rock" or "Zero," the slightly less intense voice on "Bullets with Butterfly Wings" (a personal favorite), or the more melodic and subdued tone in cuts such as "Tonight, Tonight" or "To Forgive." Oh, don't forget several cuts from his defunk band Zwan. Corgan remains a great voice in alternative rock.

Hell yeah! Billy Corgan, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Zwan all rock! I can't tell you how many things Billy and the rest of The Pumpkins music has helped me with.
