If you are healthy and in good shape then you should not worrk-I mean it is normal to have awkward skinny stages and everyone has them-just make sure that you are eating enough and also that you are getting enough protein-eating more meat and bread and eating more in general will help you gain weight-also do some weight lifting activities or some strength training and this will help you gain muscle, which is heavier than fat! And only you can decide if you are too thin, unless of course your doctor tells you that you are underweight and that it could be the cause of a medical condition or it is a potential problem for your health, then your doctor will help you with this, but do not let anyone tell you that you are too thin or too fat or ugly or anything like that-trust me, you can die if you take those comments seriously-when I was in high school I listened to my mother and tried to stay really really skinny and did not eat hardly anything yet I was playing sports and had a job and stuff like that-to this day my metabolism is messed up and also i have self-esteem issues because I do not weigh 130 pounds like I used to-and I am 5'9''-also not eating enough protein and also enough food in general messed up me getting my monthly period and also I have to take iron supplements for the rest of my life because I am severely anemic (low iron in my blood which makes me cold a lot, light headed, pale, weak, and not much energy) So do me a huge favor, take care of yourself and have good self-esteem! Good Luck and Take Care! And remember, that not eating or working out all the time is not an effective way to control your weight-well, it is a little effective for a while, but it is not healthy!

Uh, this is a joke, right? Here's a clue: if someone can bench press you and they're not Mr. Universe, you're pretty skinny!

If your healthy then you shouldn't worry? If friends are making you have low self esteem the I would rather hang out with people with similar interest with similar body types..
