Hangovers result from dehydration -- treat as you would if the dehydration was due to exercise. Rest & plenty of fluids... Gatorade is a good choice. No alcohol, caffeine or salt.

You should check out close call. It really works.
( http://www.dmdclosecall.com ) It's pretty cheap, like $3 per bottle. You drink it after you had your last drink in a night.
