Christians, what if they discovered a new planet and colonized it, How would the bible thumpers react?

Would not really be any different than finding a new continent and colinizing it like was done in 1492.

How are you proposing finding another planet that would support human life to have anything to do with Christian "Bible Thumpers". The Bible says God created the heavens and the earth. To blindly assume that God, in all his power and Glory, would create our whole universe and earth would be the only planet with life on it is crazy. Likewise to assume there is life or another planet capable of supporting life is also crazy. The Bible does not speak of either.

God did not reveal all the secrets of the universe to us. What he wants us to know we will know. Should there be life out there then we will know that all the living things on earth are not His only creations. It would further proove His power and His glory.

If you are going to ask questions about a subject, you should at least familiarize your self enough about it so that you can ask meaningful question.

Since GOD created EVERYTHING, where ever there is life, it is His.

I fact that man, here on earth, has issues about everything that does not make for an issue with GOD!

Too, no where in the Bible does it say that GOD only put life on earth.

Try explaining why humans are on earth, for what reason? Nature does not create anything that Nature does not need to support what ever in Nature. Humans do not support anything in Nature. Nothing on this earth requires the presence of Humans for its survival. So why are we here?
