Breakup the complexity into smaller managable parts and tackle them one by one.
1. Friendly environment (which is a good one and looks like everyone's scratching one another's back, not wanting to offend or break the friendly environment).
2. Can't get through to senior management.
3. Missing deadlines.
Make use of item 1 to make everyone understand that it is good (but not items 2 & 3). That items 2 & 3, if resolved, can make the environment a BETTER ONE FOR ALL. Have regular meetings. Suggest a channel where feedback can reach the top (install suggestion box where the senior management has excess to, and reply all feedback received).

just quit your office, tell them that u cant work there anymore.
since u cannot get along wit their pace, u cannot blame others.
u should not be the cause for breaking the friendly environment.
search for a company where u ll be comfortable working there.
or u ll not be able to give your full fledged concentration in your work.

well i find a bif mother of a hammer does the trick

you end up with smaller pieces that way and they can be removed in a friendly way if that is what you want to do
