Say your real name is... vitaly ignosity. You find someone has vitalyignosity.blogspot.com. They slander you for over a year, and you lose business, and really pisses you off. If you are the real vitaly ignorainty, and you find the most horrid postings and pics describing you to all your friends and collegues to see. What steps can you take to discover the identity of this miscreant?

Report it to which ever website its on. You can always hold them libel for taking part in the slander. I don't know how well it will work, but might as well try. Give me more information on my yahoo 360 site, and I'll see what can be done to locate this f**k.
third party is easier to get info.

well for one you can apply an IP Tracker, this giv u information on who postes stuff on ur blog server, to you can set ur blog 2 b filtered so when the person sends them you can read them and accept or decline the post and wiht the ip tracker u c who it was tht delivered the post on ur blog. If i was 2 find him/her i ould hack into there pc and destroy it or u can fix it legally which eva 1 plz u

Contact blogspot. Most sites don't want to be involved in a legal battle and as long as you can prove it, and it's worth taking a look at, I bet they'd delete the account.
