well cook him something really nice and instead of eating it at the table take it outside under the stars it is more apprecitable great atmosphere.

First you should know how to cook. Then you should know what he likes. Most guys usually like a steak dinner T-bone broiled not fried and not over done at least pink. On the grill is an option too but not necessary.Mushrooms and gravy. Potato with butter and sour cream. Vegetable beans or broccoli or maybe corn on the cob. A nice dessert like apple pie with ice cream. Don't forget his favorite drink. I'll have beer though. Sorry, my wife never did that for me. She did however surprise me with a motel with a hot tub and a five star restaurant. I was in shock I thought something else was up and my boss was a jerk about me leaving a job that was screwed up. Too bad though it was a good idea anyway just bad timing I guess. You should know what your husband likes by now anyway. Maybe he's a vegetarian? Personally though if you can afford it the Motel, hot tub and five star restaurant would be nice.

Well, you can either book a nice restaurant...or fix it yourself.

Doing it at home can be fun (and doesn't delay the post dinner activities....) Fix an elegant, simple meal. Serve it on your best china, with stemware, etc. If you don't have it, maybe you could get a couple of place settings for this event. Get some flowers for the table and candles...lots of candles!!! Put them in the bedroom too. Dress up, have him wear a suit and tie, you wear a dress with heels.

I have used this answer before with a similar question so if you have seen it I'm sorry. Send his nicest suit to his work with shoes and his cologne tell him to dress to impress slip a little envelope in there saying to meet you at a certain restaurant at a certain time .(Please no Mc Donalds) Turn up dressed as hot and sexy as you can and Tell him that you don't usually pick up hot guys in restaurants but you are starved for affection and if hes not meeting someone would he care to wine and dine you and take you home for the night and that you can be very appreciative of a guy that shows you a great time . watch the boys heart skip a beat . MMM sexy sultry and just plain playful .
