Yeah, Bill Maher comes off as a pompous, self involved, pretentious git, if you ask me. John Stewart is so down to earth and genuine and is actually surprisingly knowledgeable and diplomatic. John is the hands down winner in my opinion - and Stephen Colbert is just folly. I hardly know what he thinks most of the time. Maybe he would be a good politician...

PS - Now George Carlin is a good idea, though I think he hit his mark with his role in Dogma, don't you? Funny, where is Dennis Miller in all this? Cha cha! lol

Ohhhh Puleeze! They are comedians, and in Bill Mahr's case I use the term loosely. I'd rather watch paint dry than watch Bill Mahr. Have you ever seen him make a fool of himself on the Tonight Show? So I guess Jon Stewart wins by default. And also
