Coccobacilli are bacteria that are round in shape, and generally grow together in massive clusters or stuck together in "chains" of multiple organisms, sort of like a train. They are sometimes pathogenic and can cause serious illnesses. Staphylococcus Aureus is a common coccobacilli.
