is it a period? i havent had my period this month but i went to the bathroom last week and there was spots of blood not a full period just spots?
could i be pregnant?

This was what I did when I was pregnant...this is a common sign of pregnancy, or often it will be just a pink tinge spotting.

Yes you could be preggers....it's called implantation bleeding I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I didn't get the spotting but I definently had the cramping like I was gonna get my period but I never did.... So you may want to test....Have you had unprotected sex during what would be your ovulation time? (usually 2 weeks before and after your period) Also watch the color if it's dark brown it's usually okay......but bright red isn't good....So take a test then check with your doctor okay. P.S. you might want to go to www.Webmd.com to see if you've got any other pregnancy symptoms outside of implantation bleeding.....

It sounds like implementation Bleeding to me, take atest as soon as possible.

you might be. you should probally go take an ept test to make sure you arent , or you should gosee your doctor
