Well, some of the answers above are wrong. Andorra isn't in the middle of a country, it's between France and Spain.
I think you mean countries COMPLETELY surrounded by only one other country. There are a few countries right inside another. They are:
Lesotho is completely surrounded by South Africa
San Marino is a tiny state surrounded by Italy
Vatican City is within Rome and is legally an independent state.
All the other countries have either borders with two countries, or have a border with a sea (there are LOTS of these, including Gambia and Portugal, mentioned above).

Vatican and San Marino are in middle of Italy. There ar some others as well !
