They really don't, very rarely they'll grow much later after pregnancy, the majority of women even when pregnant don't become too large from the breast area, except if someone in their family had large breast, it may be inherited later on in life after development, (adolescence) but for the most part average women's breast don't grow much, they shrink back after breast feeding, they may even become smaller after that, pills and creams are a myth they don't work, no matter what the TV commercials, etc. say, the only way is through breast augmentation and after a number of years, implants become heavy to the tissue and cause them to drop and look saggy and low.

wish i knew mine have stayed the same size since i was 16 and I've had 2 kids,only good thing is gravity has got them yet

my sister was a C cup till she was 35 now 38 she is a D...4 no reason they grew....

They get pregnant, have a baby, nurse baby... then they shrink again. OR they pay big bucks and have them inserted.
