That's average, but I'm with the one chick....you might need smaller pants cuz your measurements are not matching the pants size. I wear a size 4 and I have a 27 inch waist and a 35 inch butt. But, compared to the average American, you'd be thin, cuz most are overweight. They say the average adult American female is a size 14!! Statistically! Wow, huh?
