Someone who loves you will never tell you something like that. If it was a health concern, it could be said much nicer. I'd say to him "you weren't saying that last night" There is no reason to be with a person who speaks to you that way....it is better to be by yourself than to be degraded.

Just tell him that you don't appreciate him telling you that because it lowers your self-esteem and won't be able to have sex if you don't feel comfortable about YOUR body. In other words, he'll loose in the long run.
