I think it should but they say it cannot and when they do it they laugh. The question is really whether or not they have to. I think it's all a big joke.

of course it counts! they're doing it aren't they. now if they say they're going to do it and they don't or they do but no one knows, then it might not. but as far as I'm concerned they are.
