I went under display and tried changing the color and background but it's still white with no photo. When I turn off my computer it'll show the desktop color and background picture but when I turn it back on it's white again. I've done everything I can think of and it doesn't change it. If anyone can help me please give me some advice.

go to your start menu, then to help. Search the help files for "restoring active desktop". It will lay out the steps to get your desktop back to normal.

Ours done that once and I think that we had to go to add/remove programs to remove a program that was installed on our computer(I don't remember what it was, I think it may have been adware or something like that). We just found a program that we knew we didn't install and that was it. I hope this helps.
