Good question--I actually considered posting that one once. I wanted to post it for a different reason than you did. I was wondering what normal things people do and how active or inactive they were and how they handled stress and just day to day living. Finding that out would amaze me because the people on TV and even the locals you read about in the newspaper who have done something special seem to have it altogether and how I do not know, but it is probably all due to sense, luck and effort. But I do wonder this. I think that having some structure --by working has been the best thing for me. I may not be able to do my chores as often or make good decisions at home b/c I have little help, but I at least have a routine and that keeps my spirit up and gives me a little sense of purpose for living. To relax, I like to get on-line, nap, watch a good movie and play with my dog.

Well, I work 3 days a week 12 hour shifts in a hospital. I'm a Registered Nurse. I get a 4 day weekend all the freakin time. Life is good. On my off days, I play with my laptop for 2-3 hours a day, go shopping, take my wife out to lunch and dinner and play with my needy cats.

I love my life. A sweet lovable husband, an educating and challenging job, no kids to worry about. What else would I ask for.

Well I would definitely ask for a new pair of parents but what can I do about it.

Today I woke up at 7:50 in the morning, got my cereals and milk and sat in front of the computer to check my mail and answer questions, as I always do in the morning. My hubby still asleep so I'm trying to be quiet.

Post us on the "details addition" a little about your life : )
Best wishes for a great weekend

Sadly, I spent most of my day on the computer, on Answers! I'm bored. Life is a struggle, but some days it is really good. I should say some days I really feel good, because every day above ground is a good day!
Basically my life is good. I have pleasant shelter, transportation, food, clothing, I'm literate, I have family and friends who love me, a God who cared enough to sacrifice everything for me, my health, and a job that allows me to earn a decent living. No bombs fell here today. If I get sick I can afford health care and it is available to me. I am better off than many people in the world and some who live near me. Life is good. I have every reason to be thankful and grateful and I am.
I have good and bad days, but I'm learning to go with the flow and try not to complain. I am blessed!
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to think about it and count my blessings!

I'm a nurse, so I basically spend most of my time at a private clinic assisting doctors and attending to the patients. I start work at 6:30 a.m and leave at 4:50 p.m. When I finish work I usually go to the beach to spend some quality time with friends who are lifeguards and come home at 6:00 p.m. I give my cat "Lucy" her dinner and make some dinner for myself. I then tidy up the kitchen and prepare myself to go to sleep for the next day...Oh and sometimes I live "Ann" my housekeeper a list of errands that I need her to do. That's a day in my life.

I'm a wife a soldier stationed in Afghanistan. I'm also a full time student studying geology. My basic day is get up and go to school, come home, play with my pets, call and check in with my family, and go to bed. Weekends are very, very long since I gave up my job when my husband was deployed. I spend most of my time online on either myspace or Yahoo Answers.

I sit around and watch TV and spend time on the computer. I take time to clean up the place occasionally and I usually make dinner...I had surgery recently so I haven't been able to cook or clean lately. My life is pretty lazy.
