I also looked for a web site that was free and found none. My ex wife owed me several thousand dollars of back child support so I filed on her with the Attorney Generals Office. It took several months but they took her to court and told her to pay or they would take action against her. We have been to court 3 times in the last year. The first time they gave her 3 months to make the payments. She made 2 and then stopped. We went back to court and they again gave her a second chance and she screwed up again. This last time they told her that if she misses 1 more payment they will hold her in contempt for all the payments she has missed and make her do 30 days in jail for each contempt charge. So file on him but be prepared to have to wait awhile for things to go through. When you go to the A.G. office, the more info you have on him the faster it will go. ex. his s.s.#, where he lives and works, a copy of your divorce degree, his parents address, his home and work number to name a few. Good Luck and don't give up !! You may have to call the A.G. office every week or so to make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle.

You may be able to find the person. But there's no guarantee, you'll receive child support. Especially if he does not want to pay you. If you have a name and his social security number, check with an attny, to see how you can advise the IRS of this deadbeat dad.

weelll- depending on the state ur in- file a request for child support through the child support division- or if you get on welfare- they will usually go after him- because they would rather have him pay child support - and welfare pay less money. A paternity test may be required depending on the situation. Been there done that. They even go for the back child support.

sure they are able to nonetheless garnish his verify. they are able to additionally save any tax refund he might have coming so as to fulfill the debt. in lots of cases paying at his own loose will isn't an option, as too many deadbeat dads will in no way pay that way.

Go to the child support enforcement in your town and give all the info you know about him if you know his social security you have it made. Give it to them they will track him down and garnish his checks or he will go to jail. He sounds like a dead beat dad
