My lil sister is one of the sweetest females I know and I'm not just saying so because she's my sister. She's 24, beautiful and has a heart that only God himself made. But she's coming out of a relationship that has broken her spirit, she's not even the same anymore. My sister use to always smile, and make everybody laugh. Now she's distant and never wants to talk, and everytime me and my other sister go see her we could tell she's been crying. Why do men mess over women like her? Everybody who meets her instantly loves her, how do I get my sister back?

Give her time to heal. She may not want to talk right now, but if you make yourself available eventually she will start opening up.

talk to her and let her know how important she is . give her time to realize if she keeps been like that take her to see a professional
