it depends on where u live.most states its 18. but my friend who was 17 at the time ran away from home once and stayed with me for a week. wen he got bac home his dad wanted to press charges on my mom for helping him but the police said as long as he was in a stable invironment and could take care of himself and was still goin to school he would b able to move out on his own. he would jus hav to tell his parents where he was. i live in texas and even tho the law says u hav to b 18 to move out the cops didnt enforce it, thats why my mom didnt get in trouble. but still u should check with someone who knows about this stuff b4 doin anything.

If she chooses to go against her parent's wishes and move in with you, then that is considered running away......the police will come get her and return her to her home.....you also will get in trouble for harboring a runaway....so keep that in mind.
As someone else also stated.....if you are over 18 then yes....her mom, who hates you, could get you for statutory rape (if u are having sex)....so keep that in mind to.....(depending on the laws in your state and what their legal age of consent is)
