I personally LOVE it!.....everyone says that it sucks since Shadows stopped screaming....and it IS NOT because he blew out his vocal cords....I read about it on A7X forums answered by Shadows and its personal I guess and he didnt get stabbed in the throat either (another rumor) but, I love Waking The Fallen and City of Evil....their my fav band....but they have really really good songs on City of Evil too.....even if it isnt screaming....very catchy songs and great guitar (Syn and Zacky V = idols) haha

They nevertheless have lots purely before them.

nah, i heard it. I thought it sucked. Its the same thing put out over and over again. I read somewhere that Avenged Sevenfold was a new and improved version of Metallica..... pfft. Metallica practically invented the Metal+thrash genre. Avenged Sevenfold are just the latest poster children...not that great

I personally hate screaming so I like this album better. The vocals are probably what's making me say I don't love them. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy listening to them, they're just not my favorite. I love Bat Country the best!
