well faster FSB will be obviously better..
Go fer the one wid 800 FSB.

I don't think DDR2 is needed until you get a P4 that uses the 1066MHz FSB or faster. DDR-400 (DDR1) running in dual-channel configuration will be in synch with an 800MHz FSB.

Definitely go with the 800MHz FSB option when choosing between those two, especially if your motherboard supports the faster FSB speed. If it doesn't, then obviously the 533MHz option is the only one you have unless you upgrade the mobo too.
