One of the main reason that you have so much morning sickness is because you're not getting enough sleep at night. Tiredness plays a big part in morning sickness. Here are a few thing that might remedy this problem:

Avoid warm places as heat can increase the nausea feelings. Avoid greasy or spicy foods as they often cause nausea or heartburn. Try eating plain crackers or dry cereal before you get out of bed in the morning.

Here are some sleep tips:
* do not nap during the day
* limit caffeine especially hours before bedtime
* don't smoke--nicotine is a stimulant
* don't exercise before going to bed
* don't eat a large heavy meal before bedtime

Bedtime snacks can help. An amino acid called tryptophan, found in milk, turkey, and peanuts, helps the brain produce serotonin, a chemical that helps you relax. Try drinking warm milk or eat a slice of toast with peanut butter or a bowl of cereal before bedtime.

A lot of women find that ginger eases the morning sickness---which of course can happen at any time of day.
Many pharmacies and health food stores sell a variety of ginger remedies---pills, candies to suck on, etc.
Also, trying to keep a little somthing in your stomach all the time can help. Regular saltine crackers, sips of gingerale or water.
If you are vomiting a lot, and unable to keep weight on, you may need to ask your doctor for an actual medication.

Morning sickness is one of those things that you can't just get rid of. It will pass. Eat some saltine crackers for the morning sickness. It really does help. There's really not much you could take to make it go away.

As far as not being able to sleep at night I can't tell you anything.

Ginger is supposed to take away morning sickness. Ginger snaps, ginger ale, etc... that's what I used and although it didn't take it completely away it did help alot. That and saltine crackers. About not sleeping at night, I think that's just normal. You should get back to normal sleep soon.

I keep hearing people talk about pregnancy lolipops on here and it seems like they say that it works, I make sure that I eat every 3-4hrs and as far as medication there are some medications that are safe to take when pregnant if things don't get better for ya Zofran is one of them.

the sodium and starches in saltine crackers help with morning sickness and try to sleep on your left side, up to the point when your baby flips then just use lots of pillows and cross your fingers

I found that prenatal vitamins made me sick. I quit taking them and started taking a smaller dosage of vitamins and was fine. If you absolutely want to take your prenatal vitamins, try taking one at night or a half of one at night. Good Luck!

Time will do it. I don't know of anything else that will, but check with your ob-gyn doctor -- they are supposed to know about things like that.
