Too many cough drops?

I have a sore throat and the cough drops package says to take 1 every two hours. what type of side effects will could happen if I take too many?

You'll get diarrhea.

too much of medicine will not make you better faster.
cough drops will make you even drowsier.zzzzzzz...zz.z.z.

you can increase your thyroid levels by doing so which will cause alopecia and that will permanently thin out your hair and cause bald spots
